Atlas Performing Arts Center - Midsummer magic

Atlas Presents

Shakespeare for the Young: Midsummer Magic

Wednesday, May 17 – Sunday, May 21, 2017
The Atlas Performing Arts Center
Washington, D.C.

Midsummer Magic is a fun, interactive puppetry performance featuring the characters Titania, Oberon, Puck the Fairy and Bottom the Weaver from Shakespeare’s whimsical play, A Midsummer Night’s Dream. It is a gentle and inclusive journey for children under eight into the rich world of Shakespeare. The Bard himself makes an appearance, in puppet form, as the performers make this delightful fairy story accessible and exciting for young children through soft body puppetry, movement and interactive play with the audience. This event is best suited to children aged 4-8. [Buy Tickets]
