The Magical Mirrors Children's Book Fair

Recently, I was looking at the Washington Post’s Going Out Guide and noticed The Magical Mirrors Children’s Book Fair!

This 4th Annual Book Event, and Washington Post Editor’s Pick, was something new to me and I wanted to share with you.

Sankofa Video, Books & Cafe continues to expand its children’s literacy efforts through its 4th annual Children’s Book Fair, February 21 – 23, 2014. Sankofa, a cultural and intellectual resource since 1997, will bring diverse books about African, African American Caribbean, Native American and Latin American cultures (including Spanish and bi-lingual titles) to children and families in the Shaw neighborhood of the District and beyond.
